A day of deeply nourishing care with two packages to choose from.

THE RESET

The day is structured in to two sessions.

The first beginning at 10am with Cacao and intention setting for the day to help you land from your journey and create the container for your needs.

The morning will consist of a life Life coaching session. This can be done indoors or walking through in the local countryside depending on the weather and your preferences. Followed with a vision board session and delicious lunch.

The afternoon will begin with a Somatic practice or theraputic creative process tailored for you.

After which there will be a choice of energy healing session with or without Restorative Yoga and Tarot card pull.

The day will conclude with a dip in the hut tub and refreshments. These days are held on a Friday & Saturday.

Stay the night before or the night of your VIP day in a beautiful Shepherd’s Hut in the East Sussex countryside.

THE THERAPEUTIC ONE

1 x online Somatic Sexology Therapy sessions
1 VIP in person day
Followed by 1 x online therapy session to close the container.

Sandwiched between online therapy sessions to create a powerful container you get to experience a whole day of body work and healing sessions tailored just for you.

This is ideal for anyone that wishes to start to explore the incredible power of Somatic bodywork and to explore what they may be holding on to in their bodies to feel more liberated and experience more pleasure.

It can also be used with your partner to deepen your relationship, communication and pleasure.

Expect big shifts and another level of connection to your body than you may have experienced before with skills and embodiment techniques to support you moving forwards.

Accommodation for VIP Days

The Nest is a beautiful Shepherds hut designed loving by me in the heart of East Sussex farm land. Home on a working farm and 300 acres of fields and woodland. It has a King-size bed, Kitchen, and lovley shower room including inside composting toilet. Your stay includes towels, robes, bedding and essentials such as salt, pepper, oil, teas and coffee. Plus Milk of your choice. Wood for the log burner and fire pit are available for £10 per basket and a welcome hamper is £30.
