Rest & Reset Retreat
Almeria Spain
If you’re feeling stretched, tired, or a little disconnected from yourself, this is a space to pause, reset, and reconnect.
A few days away from the usual pace of life, held in a calm, beautiful setting in the mountains of southern Spain. Surrounded by nature, with open space, quiet, and warmth, it offers the chance to slow down, soften, and reconnect to your own needs.
The focus is on reset and recalibration.
Not through intensity or pressure, but through simple practices that help you reconnect to the parts of you that need a chance to be cared for.
Mornings begin with an invitation to gentle movement and time to arrive in the body. There is space throughout the day to rest, swim, be outside, or simply do nothing.
In the afternoons, we move into a more held process, using Somatic practices to reconnect to your inner landscape, followed by creative exploration to express and integrate what’s present. These sessions are guided and supportive, and based on the intentions you’ll be invited to bring to the retreat.
Evenings are slow and grounding, with restorative practices to help the nervous system settle, followed by shared meals and early nights.
This is not a retreat that asks you to push or perform. Grounded in my work with the wheel of consent, it is created to help you with your needs and encourage you to do what feels good.
It’s a space where you can come as you are, move at your own pace, and be supported in reconnecting with yourself in a way that feels natural and sustainable. With tools to take home with you to support your wellbeing.
The group is intentionally small, creating a more intimate experience and genuine connection.
There is depth here - but it is held lightly, with care, spaciousness, and respect for your own process.
You’ll leave feeling more connected to your body, clearer in yourself, and with tools to take home to support your everyday lives.
This retreat is for you if you’re craving space, rest, and a way to come back to yourself - without intensity, overwhelm, or pressure.
The Retreat Experience
Each day is designed to support deep rest and reconnection to yourself.
Mornings begin slowly, with 1 hour of movement, grounding practices, and space to arrive in your body. There’s no rush, just a steady start to the day, followed by a relaxed breakfast and time to enjoy the surroundings.
The middle of the day is intentionally spacious. Time to rest by the pool, be in nature, journal, read, or be creative. This space is an important part of the reset, allowing you to slow down and do exactly as you please with no demands being placed on you.
There will be a light lunch. Then in the afternoons, we move into a more held space for around 2 hours.
These sessions are guided and therapeutic, using Somatic and creative practices to support your intentions for the retreat. They are designed to meet you where you are, without pressure or expectation, allowing space for both reflection and insight.
Evenings are calm and grounding.
We come back together for nourishing meals, followed by restorative practices to help the body unwind and integrate the day. The pace is slow, with plenty of time to rest and ease into the night.
You’ll be supported throughout the retreat in a space held with care and intentionality, allowing for meaningful depth to be explored in a way that feels gentle, spacious, and at your own pace.
Drawing on my experience in somatic and therapeutic work, energy healing and yoga training, I’ll guide you in reconnecting with yourself and relax, with no pressure to share or go anywhere you’re not ready to go.
Using a blend of somatic, creative, and reflective practices, the experience unfolds organically across the retreat. The small group size allows the space to feel personal, responsive, and held with care and attention throughout.
Arrival & Closing
The retreat begins with a soft arrival and opening circle, creating a shared sense of safety, intention, and connection.
On the last evening, we come together for a gentle closing space and a chance to reflect, integrate, and bring the structured time to a close.
The final morning is relaxed and open, with space to enjoy breakfast, the surroundings, and ease into the day before your journey home.
This retreat is a space to find some calm and come back to yourself. Held with care, intention, and a deep respect for your own pace.
Everything is an invitation, with no obligation to take part in anything you don’t want to.
